Data: Math (iready) and Reading (Acadience) for Beginning of the Year
As a school, we are doing well in reading, struggle more in math. Looked at data and math Rise data from last year as well (science and Language arts still not up) Even with more of a struggle, still above state data

- As a school, Middle of Year data was close to the goal of 76% in most grades, want to still keep the goal of 76%, but maybe also possibly look at typical growth
- Math data- based on iReady data- goal was 53% schoolwide at or above grade level- may be better to chunk it and make a goal based on grade level- some grades (particularly younger) have a hard time meeting that- older grades showed good growth.
- New math curriculum adopted- look at the parent help? So parents know how to help the most effectively
- Really looking at data- using some half-day subs, so grade levels can make a plan on specific kids and specific subjects to improve overall academics. Not all grades would be on the same day.
- Title 1 update- applying for an extension (along with 2 other elementary schools)
- Land Trust and TSSA Budget update: all technology purchased
- Increase some para hours
- Subs for grade level PLC out of Title 1 substitute plan
